Harry Spooner

2nd year Economics and Politics


Harry is a second year Economics and Politics student and was formerly Vice-Chairman and co-Founder of the inaugural Edinburgh Economics Conference. He used this as a platform to establish a collaborative partnership between six of Scotland’s leading universities which enabled the creation of the Scottish Economics Conference and hopefully many other exciting projects to come.

Oskar Birol

4th year Economics and Mathematics


Oskar founded and chaired the Edinburgh Economics Conference. At University, he also served as President and Chairman of the Economics Society, co-founded the Edinburgh-branch of Rethinking Economics known as EUSEP (now Economics for Change), and acted as Editor-in-Chief for the Insight Magazine. Upon graduating Oskar will join Moelis & Company.
